Channel Sales:
Broad profile: Develop channel network, Training the channel partner team, sourcing the clients via channel partner, driving business through new strategies for channel sales
Mandatory: Experience in Delhi Gurgaon market

Essential Duties & Key Responsibilities
Team Handling role :
- Convert company-provided leads into successful sales.
- Follow up consistently with potential customers to drive conversions.
- Conduct site visits with prospective clients and showcase properties.
- Build strong client relationships and generate referrals from existing/potential customers.
- Keep clients updated about new project launches and offerings.
- Guide and assist buyers and sellers in property transactions, including marketing and purchasing processes.
- Assess clients needs and financial capacities to propose suitable property solutions.
- Negotiate prices, legal requirements, and related matters to ensure fair and transparent dealings.
- Perform comparative market analyses to estimate property values.
- Prepare and manage necessary documentation (contracts, leases, deeds, agreements, etc.).
- Maintain and regularly update property listings.
- Deliver compelling promotional presentations to prospective or current customers.
