A bench sales recruiter's responsibilities include identifying and hiring consultants for clients, managing candidate databases, and negotiating with clients and vendors. They also work to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors. 

Identify and hire consultants Identify and connect with potential consultants, Screen and select candidates, Conduct phone screens, Evaluate candidates' resumes, and Recommend candidates to hiring managers. 

Manage candidate databases Manage and update candidate databases and profiles and Conduct background checks. 

Negotiate with clients and vendors Negotiate rates with clients and vendors and Negotiate contract terms with clients. 

Build relationships with clients and vendors Understand clients' staffing requirements, Understand clients' upcoming project needs, Match available consultants with clients' needs, and Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors. 

Other responsibilities Stay informed about industry trends, Ensure compliance with legal and company policies, Update job ads, and Facilitate meetings between hiring managers and candidates. 

Experience and skills Experience in the full recruitment lifecycle, Experience in the sales industry, Strong communication skills, and Excellent sourcing and candidate screening abilities.
