We're hiring OPT Recruiters to join our growing team at Maes Solutions Inc. in Hyderabad.

Location: Hyderabad - Ramanthapur, Uppal

Work Mode: Onsite

Shift: Night Shift (6:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST)

Experience: O–5+ Years | Freshers can apply

Key Responsibilities:

Source and Hire IT Consultants

Negotiate contracts, terms, and rates effectively

Maintain a strong candidate database and pipeline

Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and project allocation

Requirements:

O–5+ years of OPT Recruitment experience in US IT staffing

Strong understanding of recruitment & sales strategies

Experience with Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, and other job portals

Excellent communication & negotiation skills

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
