1 Human Resources Manager IT Staffing (2 Positions)

Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding & employee engagement.
  • Develop and implement HR policies, performance appraisals, and retention programs.
  • Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and compliance with labor laws.
  • Provide HR guidance to leadership and manage workforce planning.
  • Utilize HR analytics for reporting, talent development, and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in HR (preferably IT/Staffing industry).
  • Strong understanding of HR policies, performance management & compliance.
  • Excellent communication, leadership & decision-making skills.

2 OPT Recruiter US IT Staffing (4 Positions)

Responsibilities:

  • Source, screen, and recruit OPT, CPT, and H1B candidates for US-based IT roles.
  • Use job portals such as Dice, LinkedIn, Indeed, Monster, and CareerBuilder.
  • Coordinate interviews, follow-ups, and onboarding with Account Managers.
  • Maintain candidate databases and ensure smooth hiring processes.
  • Stay updated on US immigration rules, visa types, and recruiting trends.

Requirements:

  • 1–3 years of experience in US IT Recruitment or OPT Hiring.
  • Knowledge of US Visa types (OPT, CPT, H1B) and compliance.
  • Strong communication, negotiation & relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently during US night shifts.
