SalesLeadershipDrive sales efforts across Residential and C&I solar segments in Andhra Pradesh.Lead end -to -end sales processes—from lead generation to contract closure.Achieve and exceed revenue and installation targets.2.Techno -Commercial ExpertiseProvide tailored technical and financial solutions to C&I clients.Conduct ROI analysis and prepare competitive proposals that balance cost and value.3. LeadGeneration & ConversionActively identify, qualify, and convert high -potential leads in residential, commercial, and industrial segments.Cultivate long -term client relationships for referral business.4. Policy& Regulatory ComplianceStay abreast of solar -related government schemes, DISCOM regulations, and subsidy frameworks in Andhra Pradesh.Guide clients through subsidy applications, net metering, and clearance processes.5.Stakeholder ManagementLiaise with DISCOMs, local authorities, and regulatory bodies for timely approvals.Ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales cycle and project execution.6. SalesStrategy & ExecutionDevelop region -specific sales strategies and action plans.Analyze market trends and competitor offerings to refine go -to -market approaches.Guide, mentor, and manage a team of Junior Sales Executives across Andhra Pradesh.7.Internal CollaborationCoordinate with pre -sales, design, project execution, and marketing teams for seamless delivery.Ensure alignment across departments for customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.Set clear sales targets, monitor performance, and provide continuous training and support.8.Reporting & ForecastingMaintain accurate CRM data and provide regular updates on sales pipeline, forecasts, and market developments to senior leadership. QualificationsEducation: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Energy, or a related field.Experience: 2–4 years of hands -on sales experience in the solar sector, with at least 1–2 years in the C&I segment.Strong local network and understanding of Andhra Pradesh's solar market are essential. Key Skills & CompetenciesStrong command over techno -commercial solar project design and economics.Expertise in lead generation, sales pipeline management, and deal closure.Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.Knowledge of state -specific solar policies, subsidies, and net metering processes.CRM proficiency (Zoho) and Microsoft Office Suite.Excellent communication skills in Telugu (mandatory), with proficiency in English and Hindi.  Desired AttributesPassionate about renewable energy and sustainable development.Self -motivated with strong problem -solving and decision -making abilities.Ability to thrive in a target -driven and fast -paced environment.Strategic thinker with an entrepreneurial mindset.Strong professional network within the Andhra Pradesh solar ecosystem.
