80% HR Operations | 20% Talent Acquisition
Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the
    end-to-end employee life cycle
    , including onboarding, induction, documentation, confirmation, transfers, and exits.
  • Maintain and update
    employee records
    and HRIS systems, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Handle
    payroll inputs
    ,
    leave and attendance tracking
    ,
    benefits administration
    , and
    statutory compliance
    .
  • Support the implementation and adherence to
    HR policies and procedures
    across all functions.
  • Coordinate and drive
    employee engagement initiatives
    ,
    rewards and recognition programs
    , and other cultural activities.
  • Prepare and maintain
    HR MIS reports
    and
    dashboards
    for management review.
  • Address
    employee queries and grievances
    promptly and effectively, fostering a positive workplace environment.
  • Partner with internal teams to understand
    manpower requirements
    and ensure timely recruitment.
  • Manage
    end-to-end recruitment processes
    , including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
  • Contribute to
    HR projects and process improvements
    to enhance operational efficiency and employee satisfaction.

Qualification & Experience

  • MBA/PGDM in Human Resources
    or equivalent qualification.
  • 5–8 years
    of relevant experience in
    HR Operations
    with exposure to
    Talent Acquisition
    .
  • Experience in
    payroll coordination
    and
    statutory compliance
    preferred.
  • Minimum
    Bachelor's degree
    required.

Must-Haves

  • 5–8 years of relevant HR operations experience with exposure to recruitment.
  • Experience in payroll inputs, compliance handling, and HRIS management.
  • Strong Excel skills.
