Role Overview

This is a pure outbound business development role with a strong focus on LinkedIn outreach. You will identify, connect with, and convert potential clients into qualified meetings for our leadership team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect and build targeted lead lists of decision-makers on LinkedIn
  • Outreach through personalised messages, comments, DMs and follow-ups
  • Schedule qualified discovery calls for the CEO/team
  • Maintain consistent daily activity: connections, replies, meetings booked
  • Track leads and conversations in CRM / spreadsheets
  • Work closely with marketing to align messaging and ICP targeting
  • Share insights on prospect needs, objections, and opportunities

What We Expect

  • Strong communication and business writing skills
  • Hands-on experience with LinkedIn prospecting tools and Sales Navigator (preferred)
  • Confidence in speaking with founders, CXOs, and marketing heads
  • Ability to manage outreach targets with consistency and discipline

  • A mindset to learn fast and take ownership

  • Monthly target of qualified meetings booked & held
