Job Summary

We are seeking a customer-focused and proactive Customer Support Executive to handle client queries, provide accurate information and ensure a positive customer experience. The ideal candidate should have excellent oral and written communication skills, a problem-solving mindset and the ability to work in fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Query Handling:
    Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
  • Issue Resolution:
    Identify customer needs, troubleshoot issues, and provide accurate solutions.
  • Documentation
    : Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and resolutions.
  • Follow-up & Feedback:
    Ensure timely follow-ups and gather customer feedback to improve service quality.
  • Product/Service Knowledge:
    Stay updated on company products, services, and policies to assist customers effectively.
  • Collaboration:
    Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns.
  • Service Improvement:
    Suggest ways to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
  • Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
  • Willing to travel based on company requirements
