Position: Pre-Sales Executive
Location: Work From Home
Languages:
Marathi (Mandatory) + Basic English
Experience:
6+ months in Telecalling / Sales / Pre-Sales
Salary:
₹8,000 Fixed + ₹5,000 Performance Bonus + Attractive Incentives
Key Responsibilities:
Make
100+ outbound calls daily
to potential leads
Schedule
12+ counselling sessions per day
with qualified prospects
Update & maintain lead data in CRM regularly
Follow up on leads, handle objections & hand over to counsellors
Share daily reports with the team lead
What We're Looking For:
Strong communication in
Marathi
(Basic English required)
Excellent persuasion & follow-up skills
Experience in
BPO / Telecalling / Inside Sales / Lead Generation
preferred
Comfortable with
Google Sheets, CRM, WhatsApp
Must have
Laptop/Desktop + Smartphone + Stable Internet
