What You'll Do

  • Craft and execute
    creative social media strategies
    that drive engagement and growth.
  • Build and manage
    brand and personal brand presence
    across multiple platforms.
  • Collaborate with content, video, and design teams to launch scroll-stopping campaigns.
  • Analyze data, optimize performance, and
    turn insights into impact
    .
  • Experiment, innovate, and test new ideas — constantly.

You're a Perfect Fit If You…

  • Are a
    self-starter
    who takes ideas from concept to execution.
  • Know how to
    ride trends
    while staying true to brand voice.
  • Have 1–3 years of social media or digital marketing experience (agency experience = ).
  • Can balance creativity with data-driven decisions.

Bonus Points

  • Experience managing
    personal brands or UGC content Creators
  • Familiarity with
    social scheduling and analytics tools
    (Meta Suite, Buffer, Notion, etc.).
  • A portfolio or example of campaigns you've helped grow.
