Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹35,000 (based on performance)

Work Days: 6 days a week
(2nd & 4th Saturday WFH)

Role Description

We are seeking a Social Media Executive to join our growing team in Noida. The role requires strong expertise in social media strategy, client handling, and content management. You will manage 5–10 client accounts, ensuring each brand's presence is impactful and performance-focused.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute social media strategies tailored to client goals.
  • Create and manage engaging content (posts, reels, stories, campaigns, etc.).
  • Handle 5–10 clients simultaneously, maintaining quality and timelines.
  • Plan and schedule content calendars across platforms.
  • Monitor campaigns, track KPIs, and prepare performance reports.
  • Communicate with clients regularly to understand their requirements and update on progress.
  • Stay up-to-date with latest digital marketing and social media trends.

Qualifications & Skills

  • 1–3 years of proven experience in Social Media Management (agency experience preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of SMM, SMO, media planning, and client management.
  • Excellent content creation, writing, and communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze social media metrics and optimize campaigns accordingly.
  • Must have a personal laptop for daily work.
  • Strong multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple clients.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
