We're early-stage, fast-moving, and building something big — and we're looking for a visionary Consulting CTO to help shape our technology, product direction, and company future.

This is a strategic equity role, perfect for an entrepreneurial leader who wants meaningful ownership in a high-growth startup.

The Role: Consulting Chief Technology Officer (CTO)

As TAPPD's Consulting CTO, you'll define and drive the entire technical strategy. You'll work directly with the founders to build scalable systems, lead early engineering efforts, and architect the long-term tech foundation of the company.

You will influence product decisions, design our technology roadmap, and help build a strong engineering culture — all while holding real equity in TAPPD.

What You'll Do

Lead the technical vision, strategy, and architecture for TAPPD's platform.

Drive innovation and evaluate emerging technologies for product differentiation.

Guide and mentor engineers; help build and scale a high-performing tech team.

Oversee development workflows, DevOps, infrastructure, and security best practices.

Work with founders to shape product direction and technical priorities.

Manage technical operations, quality, and delivery timelines.

Participate in strategic planning, fundraising conversations, and product growth.

What We're Looking For

Proven experience as a CTO, VP of Engineering, or Senior Tech Lead (startup experience highly preferred).

Strong architecture and software engineering background (e.g., , Python, React, mobile, cloud infrastructure).

Experience building scalable platforms, APIs, and end-to-end systems.

Passion for entertainment, consumer apps, or digital media is a plus.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup and take ownership from day one.

Excellent communication skills — technical and non-technical.

Entrepreneurial mindset and excitement for equity-based compensation.
