Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales and Operations Executive based in Tardeo, Mumbai. The role involves managing sales operations, building and maintaining customer relationships and ensuring top-tier customer service. Responsibilities include executing sales strategies, following up with clients and supporting day-to-day business operations. Collaboration with teams to meet corporate goals and ensure efficient workflows will also be key aspects of the role.
Qualifications
- Strong Sales and Sales Operations skills to drive business outcomes and enhance processes
- Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills to foster client relationships and provide exceptional support
- Analytical Skills to interpret data and implement process improvements effectively
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail and time management
- Relevant experience in sales or operations, with prior exposure to the uniform, apparel or production industry being a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field is preferred
