Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Vice President of Sales located in Gurgaon. The Vice President of Sales will lead sales operations, manage key accounts, develop new business opportunities, and drive strategic sales initiatives. Responsibilities include setting sales targets, building and mentoring the sales team, and creating growth strategies to enhance market presence. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure clients receive the highest level of service.

  • Proven Sales and Business Development skills
  • Experience in Account Management and Sales Management
  • Strong background in Sales Operations and developing growth strategies
  • Excellent leadership and team-building abilities
  • Effective communication and negotiation skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Experience in the insurance or financial services industry is a plus
