Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Vice President - Business Development & Commercial Leasing, located in Gurugram. The Vice President will be responsible for driving new business development, crafting strategic business plans, negotiating contracts, managing sales efforts, and overseeing key accounts. Day-to-day tasks include identifying new business opportunities, developing long-term growth strategies, negotiating commercial lease agreements, and maintaining strong client relationships.

Qualifications

  • New Business Development and Business Planning skills
  • Proficiency in Contract Negotiation and Sales
  • Experience in Account Management
  • Excellent leadership and team management abilities
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
  • Ability to work on-site in Gurugram
  • Relevant experience in commercial real estate or corporate leasing is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field; MBA preferred
