Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Customer Service Specialist to join our team on-site in Mumbai. In this role, you will handle customer inquiries, provide exceptional customer service, and ensure satisfaction by addressing their needs promptly and effectively. Responsibilities include managing customer interactions via phone, delivering high-quality support, resolving issues, and improving the overall customer experience. You will serve as the first point of contact for our customers, embodying professionalism and empathy in every interaction.
Qualifications
- Strong Customer Support and Customer Service skills to address queries and concerns effectively.
- Proficiency in ensuring Customer Satisfaction and enhancing the Customer Experience.
- Excellent Phone Etiquette for managing customer interactions professionally.
- Superb communication skills, both verbal and written, to communicate effectively with clients.
- Problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset to resolve issues promptly.
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment while maintaining a high level of reliability and professionalism.
- Previous experience in customer service roles is advantageous but not mandatory.
