As we grow, we're looking for a driven Business Development professional to help expand our reach, build strong partnerships, and create meaningful growth opportunities.

Role Overview:

We're seeking a Growth and Partnerships Head for India who will be responsible for identifying, developing, and managing new business opportunities for GISHIKI. This person will drive sales growth, forge strategic partnerships (online and offline), and help GISHIKI become a recognized name in the modern pet care space.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with retailers, distributors, pet stores, and e-commerce platforms.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with partners and clients.
  • Set & Develop realistic revenue driven performance KPIs, and execute strategies to increase sales and market presence.
  • Represent GISHIKI at industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities.
  • Work closely with the founder and team to align business development with brand vision.
  • Track & Report performance metrics on a Monthly & Quarterly basis, and provide insights for continuous improvement.

What We're Looking For:

  • Atleast 2-3 years of prior experience in business development, sales, or partnerships (experience in FMCG, D2C, or pet industry is a plus).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset: ability to work independently, take initiative, and thrive in a fast-growing startup.
  • Good grasp on building & evolving revenue & performance metrics
  • Overall - a fine balance of looking at the business from the lens of numbers PLUS having a passion for pets and belief in GISHIKI's mission.
