Regional Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Represent the brand with integrity, professionalism, and a passion for design
- Client Partnership: Build trusted relationships with UHNW clients and top-tier architects, guiding them through product selection and customization
- Sales Strategy: Develop and execute regional sales plans aligned with company growth targets
- Pipeline Development: Identify and nurture high-value opportunities through networking, referrals, and market intelligence
- Project Stewardship: Collaborate with design and manufacturing teams to ensure flawless execution from concept to installation
- Market Expansion: Represent Artius at industry events, design expos, and private gatherings to elevate brand presence
- Reporting & Forecasting: Maintain accurate CRM records, sales forecasts, and performance metrics
- Identify, approach, and convert high-value leads, especially from HNI/UHNI segments
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, designers, and influencers
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits
- Work closely with the design and execution team to deliver seamless client experience
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Experience in Sales open to candidates from any industry
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and well-organized
- Background in luxury goods, real estate, interiors, or premium services is an added advantage
- Proven success in high-touch sales environments (luxury goods, architecture, design, or real estate preferred)
- Strategic mindset with the ability to balance short-term wins and long-term growth
- Experience working with architects, designers, or UHNW clients is a strong advantage
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
- Passion for design, sustainability, and craftsmanship
- Willingness to travel regionally

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹900, ₹2,400,000.00 per year
