Job Description: Sales Executive

Industry: Glass Fittings (Shower Glass, Partitions, Railings, Mirrors)

Location: Andheri, Marol

Role Overview

Responsible for generating leads, visiting sites, understanding client requirements, preparing quotations, and closing sales for residential and commercial glass fitting projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new leads through site visits, builder/contractor networks, architects, and retail inquiries.
  • Visit customer sites to assess requirements and take basic measurements.
  • Explain product options—toughened glass, hardware, fittings, sliding systems, finishes, etc.
  • Prepare quotations and follow up until order confirmation.
  • Coordinate with measurement, fabrication, and installation teams.
  • Maintain sales reports, customer records, and follow-up schedules.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1–4 years sales experience in glass, hardware, interiors, building materials, or related industry.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to understand technical details and on-site requirements.
  • Two-wheeler preferred for site visits.
  • Basic proficiency in MS Office and WhatsApp.
