Job Title: Assistance Executive - Accounts and finance

Department: Finance & Accounts

Location: Yeshwanthpur - Bangalore

Job Summary:The Junior Accounts Executive will assist the finance team in maintaining accurate financial records, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting principles and company policies. This role is ideal for candidates starting their career in accounting with a strong eye for detail and a willingness to learn.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in day-to-day accounting operations including data entry, invoice processing, and maintaining ledgers.
  • Prepare and reconcile bank statements, vendor accounts, and customer accounts.
  • Support in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Handle accounts payable and receivable transactions.
  • Ensure timely and accurate posting of journal entries.
  • Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory filings.
  • Maintain proper filing of all financial documents and records.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external auditors as required.
  • Support budgeting and forecasting activities.
  • Perform other accounting duties as assigned by senior staff.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (B.Com / M.Com preferred).
  • 0–2 years of experience in accounting or finance.
  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles and standards.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software ( Tally).
  • Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
  • Good communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work under supervision and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with GST returns, TDS, and statutory compliance.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems.
  • Basic understanding of financial reporting and analysis.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20, ₹30,000.00 per month
