Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive
Finance Executive
to join our finance team. The role will be responsible for managing day-to-day financial operations, ensuring accurate payment processing and reconciliations, and supporting compliance with internal controls. The Finance Executive will play a key role in handling customer transactions, vendor settlements, and statutory duties while ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.

1. Customer Transactions:

  • Process customer refunds in alignment with company policies and SLAs.
  • Manage customer wallet transfers with accurate and proper documentation.

2. Vendor & Partner Payments:

  • Prepare and execute vendor payments in coordination with sourcing and operations teams.
  • Handle duty payments and ensure compliance with customs/tax regulations.
  • Process SCOC/PCOC payments (Shipping/Procurement Charges of Customs) accurately and on time.

3. Expense & Invoice Management:

  • Verify, record, and process non-trade invoices (e.g., admin, overheads & services).
  • Ensure proper approvals, coding, and compliance with internal accounting policies.

4. Reconciliations & Reporting:

  • Perform import reconciliation (Import Reco), ensuring accuracy of duty, freight, and supplier cost allocations.
  • Support monthly closing activities, journal entries, and ledger reconciliations.
  • Assist in preparing reports for management review and audits.

Qualification & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, or Commerce (CA/CPA/CMA Inter preferred but not mandatory).
  • 2–4 years of relevant experience in finance operations or accounting.
  • Strong understanding of accounts payable, reconciliations, and statutory compliance
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
