Job Title: Executive Business Finance (Off Roll)

Location: Bangalore

Role Overview

The Executive – Business Finance will support core finance operations including invoice processing, GST/TDS deductions, data entry in Tally, reconciliations, and cash/fund flow reporting. The role requires hands-on experience in Tally and strong accuracy in financial documentation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Enter day-to-day financial transactions in Tally, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Process vendor invoices with correct GST/TDS deductions as per statutory requirements.
  • Verify supporting documents and ensure all invoices comply with internal policies.
  • Prepare and update cash flow/fund flow statements on a daily/weekly basis.
  • Perform vendor reconciliation, bank reconciliation, and basic GL reconciliations.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for clarifications and discrepancy resolution.
  • Maintain organised records of invoices, deductions, payments, and supporting documentation.
  • Support month-end closing activities including accruals and schedules.
  • Assist in preparing MIS or financial reports for the business finance team.

Skills & Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce/Finance.
  • 2–3 years of hands-on experience working with Tally (mandatory).
  • Prior experience in data entry, invoice processing, GST/TDS deductions, and reconciliations.
  • Good understanding of basic accounting principles and statutory finance compliance.
  • Strong Excel skills; familiarity with other ERPs is an added advantage.
  • Detail-oriented, organised, and able to manage volume-based tasks.
