Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled
Email Marketing Specialist

who can ideate, execute, and optimise end-to-end email campaigns — from automated flows to content strategy. The ideal candidate will combine creativity with analytical thinking, write compelling copy that aligns with the MISHO tone of voice, and use data insights to enhance engagement and conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategy & Campaign Management

  • Plan, create, and manage email campaigns and automated flows (welcome, cart, post-purchase, win-back, etc.).
  • Develop and maintain campaign calendars aligned with product launches and seasonal promotions.
  • Segment audiences to ensure personalised and relevant communication.

Content & Design

  • Write refined, brand-aligned copy for newsletters, flows, and announcements.
  • Collaborate with the design team to produce visually striking, on-brand templates.
  • A/B test subject lines, content, and creative layouts to optimise open and click-through rates.

Data & Optimisation

  • Analyse campaign metrics to measure performance and identify improvement areas.
  • Build strategies to grow and retain the email subscriber base across regions.
  • Leverage data to enhance deliverability, segmentation, and engagement.

Requirements:

Experience
:

3–5 years in email marketing or CRM, preferably in fashion, jewellery, or luxury retail.

Technical Expertise:

  • Proficient in Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or similar email platforms.
  • Understanding of audience segmentation, automation flows, and campaign analytics.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML email editing (a plus).

Creative & Analytical Skills:

  • Strong copywriting and storytelling ability with an understanding of luxury tone.
  • Ability to interpret metrics and translate data into actionable insights.

Organisation & Collaboration:

  • Strong attention to detail, timelines, and cross-team coordination.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience managing global audiences and multi-currency campaigns.
  • Familiarity with Shopify integrations and customer journey mapping.
  • Interest in fashion, design, and contemporary culture.
