Role & responsibilities

The Vice President of Delivery Excellence (QA & Testing) will oversee all testing and quality assurance initiatives to ensure delivery of high-quality healthcare technology solutions. The role focuses on strategic leadership, process optimization, and driving continuous improvement through innovation and transformation in QA and testing functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a company-wide testing and QA strategy aligned with business goals.
  • Lead large QA/testing teams across multiple projects and geographies.
  • Implement advanced tools, methods, and automation to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Promote a culture of quality, excellence, and continuous learning.
  • Collaborate with senior executives, product owners, and clients to ensure stakeholder alignment.
  • Track and report QA performance through KPIs and metrics.
  • Drive transformation initiatives to improve processes, reduce cost, and enhance quality.
  • Manage QA budgets and resources effectively.

Skills & Experience

  • 20+ years in delivery excellence, QA/testing, and healthcare domain transformation.
  • 10+ years in the healthcare industry with deep knowledge of regulations and standards.
  • Proven experience leading large testing teams in complex, fast-paced environments.
  • Expertise in test automation, performance, and security testing.
  • Strong strategic, program management, and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated success in driving transformation and stakeholder engagement.

Education

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Masters preferred).
