Role Description

This is an on-site full-time role for a Vice President of Operations located in the Greater Chennai Area. The Vice President of Operations will oversee daily operational activities, manage P&L, and ensure customer service excellence. Responsible for strategic planning and execution, this role will also manage large-scale projects and drive operational efficiencies within the organization.

Qualifications

  • Operations Management and P&L Management skills
  • Strong Customer Service experience
  • Strategic Planning and Project Management skills
  • Exceptional leadership and team management abilities
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field required; Master's degree preferred
  • Experience in the logistics or real estate industry is a plus
