As an experienced professional in the rubber or plastic industry, you will be responsible for the following key areas: **Role Overview:** You will lead the development of new rubber products, from concept to commercialization. Collaborating with design teams, you will work on developing new product designs and prototypes. Your role will also involve selecting suitable materials for new products, considering factors like performance, cost, and sustainability. Additionally, you must have knowledge of QC documentation such as PPAP and APQP. Testing and validating products to ensure performance and quality will be a crucial part of your responsibilities. Working closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and manufacturing, you will ensure successful product delivery. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead the development of new rubber products from concept to commercialization. - Collaborate with design teams to develop new product designs and prototypes. - Select suitable materials for new products based on performance, cost, and sustainability. - Possess knowledge of QC documentation such as PPAP and APQP. - Develop and execute testing procedures to validate product performance and quality. - Work with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product delivery. **Qualifications Required:** - Familiarity with industry trends, regulations, and standards. - Knowledge of sustainable materials and practices in the rubber or plastic industry. - Understanding of customer needs and expectations, including quality, performance, and cost.
