  • Identify consumer and market trends to determine new product opportunities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive brand strategy from product portfolio lens that aligns with the company's overall business objectives
  • Own, drive and deliver the brand's P&L goals in collaboration with the channel heads for all the key launches.
  • Oversee the management of the product portfolio, including product development, innovation, and lifecycle management.
  • Conduct in depth market research and analysis to identify consumer trends, market opportunities, and competitive threats. Use data-driven insights to inform brand strategies.
  • Conduct in depth interviews and lead qualitative and quantitative research with consumer panel for category understanding, and product testing
  • Define and track key performance metrics to measure the success of brand initiatives on product portfolio.
  • Ensure the product quality of current portfolio is in line with the consumer expectations
  • Managing the variants and pack sizes with channels team and ensuring timely delivery.
  • Lead claim substantiation with agencies and drive product differentiation from consumer lens.
