Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Tele & Direct Sales - Health Insurance role based in Chennai. The role involves engaging with customers to promote and sell health insurance products through telephonic and direct communication. Responsibilities include addressing customer inquiries, providing product details, understanding customer requirements, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. The role also includes meeting sales targets and updating records in a timely and organized manner.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication skills with the ability to effectively convey complex product information to customers.
- Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to build relationships and address customer concerns effectively.
- Proven Sales capabilities and a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Experience in delivering training or guidance to enhance understanding of health insurance products is a plus.
- Proficiency in handling inquiries, objections, and guiding customers through a seamless purchase process.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Prior experience in health insurance or a related industry is advantageous.
