Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Bancassurance Sales Executive based in Chennai. The Bancassurance Sales Executive will be responsible for building and managing relationships with bank partners, promoting and selling health insurance products, achieving sales targets, and providing excellent customer service. Day-to-day tasks include conducting sales visits, generating leads, developing sales strategies, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Experience in relationship management and customer service
- Knowledge of health insurance products and industry trends
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Highly motivated with a results-oriented mindset
- Relevant experience in bancassurance or insurance sales is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
