Job Location - Pune or remote. May have to spend a few days in Pune for training (Willing to Travel)

Note: Only candidates who have completed their education and are willing extensively to travel across India will be considered.
JOB SUMMARY:
We are looking for Customer Success / Go-To-Market (GTM) Executive to strengthen client relationships, enhance brand awareness, and drive customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will actively engage with customers through on-field visits, collect feedback and testimonials, conduct user training, and ensure clients derive maximum value from our products and services.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Client visits and interactions across assigned regions to build strong customer relationships.
- Create brand awareness by meeting customers and increasing awareness about our products and services.
- Collect and analyze client feedback and take client testimonials.
- Conduct user training sessions and help clients with any product or service-related queries.
- Handle customer issues quickly and share complex problems with the right team for resolution.
- Carry out customer satisfaction surveys and prepare simple reports on their experience.
- Professionally represent the organization and its strength and core competencies and how we can take care of the business pain areas of the client.
- Work closely with internal teams to resolve queries and share client feedback and suggest improvements.
WORK EXPERIENCE:
- Should have preferably worked in Automotive or Electronic Vehicles industry in Sales / Service / Marketing roles.
- Willingness to travel extensively across India for client meetings and support activities.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills for client-facing roles.
- Proven ability in customer engagement, support, and relationship management.
- Experience in client feedback collection, satisfaction surveys, and testimonial management.
- Ability to conduct user training and resolve customer queries effectively.
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and negotiation abilities.
