Job Summary:
We are seeking a Service Advisor to join our Mech Department. You will be responsible for assisting customers, preparing service orders, and coordinating with technicians. The role involves communicating vehicle issues, repair estimates, and progress updates, ensuring customer satisfaction, and adhering to service standards within the automotive industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers at the service center.
- Prepare detailed service orders and coordinate with technicians.
- Communicate vehicle issues, repair estimates, and progress updates to customers.
- Schedule appointments and process payments.
- Promote additional services to customers.
- Ensure adherence to dealership and Tata Motors service standards.
- Maintain customer satisfaction through professional service handling.
Qualifications / Requirements:
- Possess a Technical Degree or Diploma.
- Have 2-4 years of experience in a similar role.
- Demonstrate technical knowledge of automobiles.
- Exhibit strong customer handling and communication skills.
- Show proficiency in problem-solving and multitasking.
- Be familiar with dealership and service standards.
Preferred Skills / Attributes:
- Familiarity with Tata Motors service procedures.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Experience with service management software.
