Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Chief Financial Officer role based in Pune. The CFO will oversee and manage the financial operations of the university, including strategic financial planning, preparation of financial statements, and supervision of budgeting processes. Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, leading financial reporting activities, and implementing financial strategies to support the university's goals. The role requires close collaboration with the leadership team to provide data-driven recommendations for effective decision-making.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Financial Planning, Budgeting, and Forecasting
  • Strong knowledge and experience with Financial Statements and Financial Reporting
  • Proficiency in Finance and Analytical Skills to drive data-driven decision-making
  • Demonstrated ability to lead financial operations and ensure compliance with regulations
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities
  • Advanced degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field is preferred
  • Professional certifications such as CPA, CFA, or CA would be an advantage
  • Experience in the education sector or similar industries is beneficial
