  • Strong expertise in financial planning & strategy, forecasting, and corporate finance
  • Hands-on experience with SAP and Mergers & Acquisitions
  • Proven track record as a CFO
  • Excellent leadership and financial control capabilities

Key Responsibilities

1. Financial Operations, Compliance & Risk Management

  • Establish financial control frameworks and ensure adherence to accounting standards
  • Manage taxation, audits, and enterprise risk
  • Use financial analytics to identify risks and opportunities

2. Business Growth & Capital Structuring

  • Lead capital strategy, investment planning, and cash flow optimization
  • Manage capital infusion, funding, and investor alignment
  • Explore new business models and financial innovations

3. Investor Relations & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Build trust with investors, board members, and financial institutions
  • Develop transparent and robust reporting structures

4. Mergers, Acquisitions & Corporate Restructuring

  • Lead M&A initiatives and strategic partnerships
  • Conduct financial due diligence

5. Digital Transformation & Financial Innovation

  • Leverage automation and technology for enhanced analytics and forecasting
  • Drive SAP/ERP optimization and digital financial transformation
