Key Responsibilities:

  • Vendor Management:
    Manage electronic loading of purchase orders, vendor service requests, and supporting documentation while maintaining accurate records.
  • Inventory Control:
    Monitor inventory levels, manage procurement of raw materials, and ensure timely delivery of pharmaceutical and cosmetic products.
  • Compliance:
    Ensure adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), FDA guidelines, and other industry regulations.
  • Communication:
    Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including Quality Assurance, Regulatory Affairs, and Supply Chain.
  • Reporting:
    Prepare reports and documentation for audits, inspections, and management reviews.

Other Responsibilities:

  • Contract Management:
    Negotiate contracts, manage vendor relationships, and ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
  • Problem-Solving:
    Identify gaps and implement process improvements to streamline operations.
  • Quality Assurance:
    Ensure all vendor-supplied products and services meet company and regulatory standards.

Requirements:

  • Education:
    Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience:
    3+ years in pharmaceutical operations, vendor coordination, or supply chain management.
  • Skills:
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications

  • Attention to detail and strong documentation skills
  • Adaptability to changing regulatory and business needs
