Role & responsibilities

We are seeking a proactive and dynamic Marketing Coordinator to drive on-ground school marketing activities, enhance brand visibility, and support admissions. The role involves executing campaigns, managing vendors, outdoor advertising, and coordinating with our digital marketing partners to ensure impactful and cost-effective marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute on-ground activations, community campaigns, and promotional events in societies and local catchments.
  • Coordinate placement of hoardings, banners, and other outdoor advertisements to boost brand visibility.
  • Liaise with vendors for printing, advertising, and marketing collaterals; ensure timely execution and quality.
  • Collaborate with the digital marketing agency for integrated online-offline campaigns.
  • Support school events, admission drives, and engagement activities with effective marketing support.
  • Track, monitor, and report campaign performance and suggest improvements.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the education sector.
  • Strong vendor management, negotiation, and coordination skills.
  • Ability to plan and execute outdoor and on-ground marketing activities.
  • Good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of local market dynamics will be an added advantage.
