We are seeking an experienced Bidding Manager – IT Sales with strong expertise in managing bids, drafting proposals, and closing IT service deals—particularly in web and mobile app projects .

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end bidding process on platforms like Upwork
  • Draft high-quality, customized proposals for web and mobile app development projects.
  • Coordinate with technical teams to prepare accurate project scopes, timelines, and pricing.
  • Identify client pain points and position IT services as tailored solutions.
  • Interact with potential clients, handle queries, negotiate, and ensure deal closure.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients to drive repeat and referral business.
  • Track, analyze, and report bidding performance, win rates, and sales pipeline.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3+ years of proven experience in IT services bidding & sales.
  • Strong background in web design, mobile app development, and IT services.
  • Hands-on experience with Upwork
  • Excellent proposal writing, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to convert bids into long-term contracts.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
  • Immediate joiners or candidates with a 1-week notice period preferred.
