Check if you are up for maximizing your earning/growth potential, leveraging our Disruptive Talent Solution.Requirements Role Overview We are looking for an experienced Intune & M365 Device Management Specialist to lead enterprise -scale endpoint modernization, data migration, and M365 service administration. The candidate should have strong hands -on expertise across Intune, Autopilot, M365, Entra ID, Windows, and modern endpoint security principles. Experience with Quest On -Demand Migration is an added advantage.Key Responsibilities • Design, implement, and manage Microsoft Intune for Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android devices • Create and maintain Autopilot profiles, configuration profiles, compliance policies, app deployment policies, and device security baselines • Administer Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint Online • Manage end -to -end identity, conditional access, and security posture through Azure/Entra ID • Support and enhance zero -trust security principles and Defender for Endpoint configurations • Lead and support data migration projects, including user profiles, collaboration data, and endpoints • Troubleshoot Intune/M365 issues across the entire device lifecycle—enrollment, provisioning, patching, compliance, and retirement • Ensure governance, compliance, and alignment with organizational security standards • Coordinate with cross -functional teams for M365 automation, integration, and service optimization • Maintain documentation, SOPs, and architectural diagrams for all endpoint and collaboration platformsMandatory Skills • Strong hands -on experience with Microsoft Intune (Autopilot, profiles, compliance, app deployment) • Deep knowledge of M365 administration—Exchange Online, OneDrive, Teams, SharePoint • Proficiency in Azure/Entra ID – conditional access, identity governance, MFA, security policies • Solid understanding of Windows OS, device imaging, provisioning, troubleshooting, and lifecycle management • Experience implementing zero -trust models, endpoint hardening, and Defender for Endpoint • Understanding of EUC concepts, networking basics, and cloud -based device management • Experience in data migration across M365/EUC environmentsGood -to -Have Skills • Hands -on experience with Quest On -Demand Migration • Experience with scripting (PowerShell) for automation • Knowledge of cross -platform management (macOS/iOS/Android)Ideal Candidate Profile • 5–12 years of experience in EUC, Intune, and M365 ecosystem • Strong problem -solving capability with ability to work in large enterprise environments • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills • Ability to independently handle end -to -end device management transformations Benefits Visit us at ;\/span>.
