Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Area Sales Manager based in Bengaluru. The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for managing sales activities, developing business strategies, building and maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. The role involves market research, identifying sales opportunities, presenting our product range to clients, and providing excellent post-sales support. Coordination with internal teams for order fulfillment and staying updated with industry trends will also be part of the daily tasks.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales management and ability to meet sales targets
  • Strong understanding of market research, negotiation, and closing deals
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
  • Ability to develop and maintain professional relationships with clients
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales-related technologies
  • Experience in the plastic extrusion, polycarbonate, or acrylic sheet industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
