Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position based in Bengaluru for an Area Sales Manager. The responsibilities include developing and implementing sales strategies, building strong relationships with clients, and identifying new business opportunities. The Area Sales Manager will coordinate with architects, builders, and project consultants, provide technical support, and ensure successful completion of projects. This role also involves achieving sales targets, preparing reports, and staying updated on industry trends to drive business growth.

Qualifications

  • Proven skills in sales, account management, and business development, with a results-driven approach.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Experience in market research and the ability to analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Technical knowledge of architectural products and materials is preferred.
  • Excellent organizational and project management abilities to handle multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Architecture, or a related field; relevant experience in sales within the architectural or construction industry is advantageous.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and goal-oriented mindset with problem-solving capabilities.
  • In-depth knowledge of the Bengaluru market and surrounding areas is a plus.
