Job Description:

Role Overview: As a Business Development Associate, you will be responsible for identifying and securing new clients to drive our agency's growth. This position requires a blend of strategic thinking, digital marketing expertise, and strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and prospect potential clients through cold calling, networking, email campaigns, and social media.
  • Research industry trends and client needs to generate new business opportunities.
  • Maintain strong relationships with prospective clients to foster trust and secure business deals.
  • Tailor proposals and presentations to meet the unique needs of clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales to meet agency targets.
  • Track and report performance metrics such as lead generation and conversion rates.
  • Represent the agency at industry events and conferences to build brand awareness.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in business development within the digital marketing or advertising sector.
  • Proven ability to hit sales targets and expand client bases.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing services and industry trends.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
