Role Description

This is an on-site full-time role for a Business Development Associate located in Gurugram. The Business Development Associate will be responsible for generating leads, conducting market research, creating and delivering presentations, and maintaining effective communication with clients. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with stakeholders, and driving growth aligned with company goals.

Qualifications

  • Strong presentation skills and experience in creating and delivering effective presentations
  • Proven ability in lead generation and conducting in-depth market research
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Prior experience in the real estate or proptech industry is a plus
