Job Title: Business Development Associate (Office Role)

Location: Gurgaon

Working Hours: 11:30 AM to 7:30 PM

Salary: ₹15,000 per month (Fixed) + Incentives

Job Description:

We are looking for highly motivated and energetic individuals to join our team as Business Development Associates at our Gurgaon office. This role is perfect for freshers who are eager to learn, grow, and build a rewarding career in business development within the EdTech industry.

Roles and Responsibilities:


• Identify and approach potential clients through cold calling and lead generation.


• Effectively present and promote the company's products and services.


• Develop and maintain strong client relationships for repeat business and referrals.


• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to achieve weekly/monthly targets.


• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM tools.


• Provide constructive feedback to improve sales strategies and processes.

Eligibility Criteria:


• Fresh graduates with excellent communication skills (verbal and written) are encouraged to apply.


• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.


• Highly motivated, target-oriented, and ready to work in a fast-paced environment.


• Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools is a plus.
