Core Responsibilities
1. User & Directory Management
-
Administer ZOHO Directory for centralized user identity and access control.

Manage Active Directory (AD) accounts, groups, and policies.

Ensure efficient onboarding/offboarding processes for 25 users.
2. Asset & License Management
-
Maintain an accurate inventory of laptops, desktops, and peripherals.
-
Track software licensing, renewals, and compliance status.
-
Coordinate hardware procurement, setup, and decommissioning.
3. IT Support & Operations
-
Provide Level 1 & Level 2 support for end-users across applications and devices.
-
Troubleshoot connectivity, system access, and performance issues.
-
Ensure smooth collaboration via M365, Zoho, and other productivity tools.
4. Security & Compliance
-
Enforce multi-factor authentication (MFA) and role-based access control.
-
Regularly update and patch systems to minimize vulnerabilities.
-
Monitor network activity for security threats and escalate incidents.
-
Maintain compliance with organizational IT security standards.
