Job Title: Sales Manager – Solar Projects

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager for Solar Projects to lead business development, manage client relationships, and drive sales growth in rooftop and ground-mounted solar solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong technical understanding of solar systems, excellent negotiation skills, and a proven track record in project-based sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate sales for solar EPC projects (rooftop & utility).
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Conduct client meetings, site visits, and technical discussions.
  • Prepare proposals, BOQs, and cost estimations.
  • Achieve monthly/annual sales targets.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients & channel partners.
  • Coordinate with engineering and project teams for execution.
  • Track market trends and competitor activities.
  • Prepare sales reports and maintain CRM updates.

Skills Required:

  • Strong knowledge of solar energy systems and project sales.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation & presentation skills.
  • Target-driven, self-motivated, and team-handling ability.
  • Good understanding of pricing, subsidies & regulatory guidelines.

Experience: 3–8 years in Solar EPC Sales

Location: Based on company requirement

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30, ₹35,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
