Job Title: Sales Manager – Solar Projects
We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager for Solar Projects to lead business development, manage client relationships, and drive sales growth in rooftop and ground-mounted solar solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong technical understanding of solar systems, excellent negotiation skills, and a proven track record in project-based sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate sales for solar EPC projects (rooftop & utility).
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Conduct client meetings, site visits, and technical discussions.
- Prepare proposals, BOQs, and cost estimations.
- Achieve monthly/annual sales targets.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients & channel partners.
- Coordinate with engineering and project teams for execution.
- Track market trends and competitor activities.
- Prepare sales reports and maintain CRM updates.
Skills Required:
- Strong knowledge of solar energy systems and project sales.
- Excellent communication, negotiation & presentation skills.
- Target-driven, self-motivated, and team-handling ability.
- Good understanding of pricing, subsidies & regulatory guidelines.
Experience: 3–8 years in Solar EPC Sales
Location: Based on company requirement
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹30, ₹35,000.00 per month
