Responsibilities:

  • Legal Support to Internal Teams : Help internal teams with all legal-operational requirements, ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
  • Managing complete lifecycle of External Agreements : Drafting, reviewing and finalizing all agreements for the business, and managing digital signatures, including repository management.
  • Process Building and Automation : Building best practices for legal operations, and automating/productizing the processes for optimizing turn around times.
  • Crossfunctional Collaboration : Working closely and supporting on ground sales & operations teams, and with other central teams.

Qualifications:

  • 1-4 years of post qualification work experience, with legal corporate houses/ startups. Experience at early stage startups/ BFSI industry will be preferred but not mandatory.
  • Proven track record in legal operations and contract lifecycle management is required.
  • Working knowledge of applicable laws including but not limited to Indian Contract Act, Transfer of Property Act, Indian Companies Act and relevant RBI/NBFC regulations
  • Ability to build, scale and improve processes and solve complex problems, working in a dynamic and agile environment.
  • Excellent communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
