About the Role

As an
Associate
with the
Technology & Agreements (TA) team
at
Talwar Advocates
, you'll play a key role in handling IP and commercial law matters. The role involves drafting and reviewing commercial agreements (including NDAs, licensing, and technology contracts), supporting IP prosecution, and contributing to client engagement and business expansion initiatives.

Your Responsibilities

• Draft and review commercial contracts, NDAs, and IP-related agreements
• Support trademark, copyright, and patent prosecution processes
• Conduct legal research on commercial and IP law issues
• Interact with clients and contribute to legal advisory services
• Assist in expanding the firm's client base through legal outreach and relationship management

What You Bring

Must Haves:

• 2 years PQE in IP and/or commercial law practice
• Experience with contract drafting, IP filings, and client communications

• Exposure to technology law and startups
• Interest in legal strategy and business development
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
