, you'll play a key role in handling IP and commercial law matters. The role involves drafting and reviewing commercial agreements (including NDAs, licensing, and technology contracts), supporting IP prosecution, and contributing to client engagement and business expansion initiatives.
Your Responsibilities
- Draft and review commercial contracts, NDAs, and IP-related agreements
- Support trademark, copyright, and patent prosecution processes
- Conduct legal research on commercial and IP law issues
