Key Responsibilities

  • Draft, review, and negotiate agreements including sale deeds, lease deeds, construction contracts, and vendor agreements.
  • Vet legal documents related to land acquisition, project approvals, and RERA compliance.
  • Provide legal support for due diligence, title verification, and regulatory filings.
  • Coordinate with external legal counsels, consultants, and government authorities.
  • Advise internal teams on contractual rights, obligations, and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Support dispute resolution, arbitration, and litigation matters.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • LL.B. (mandatory); LL.M. preferred.
  • 25 years of experience in a law firm or in-house legal team, preferably in real estate, infrastructure, or construction sectors.
  • Strong knowledge of property law, RERA, contract law, and corporate compliance.
  • Excellent drafting, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities.
