Profile: Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist customers, identifying their needs and guiding them through the furniture selection process.
  • Provide expert product information and design advice to help customers make informed decisions.
  • Achieve sales targets by effectively closing deals, promoting special offers, and offering financing and warranty options.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of all products, including new arrivals and market trends.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, managing inquiries, orders, and post-sale follow-ups.
  • Resolve minor issues and escalate complex problems as needed.
  • Ensure the showroom is clean, organized, and visually appealing.
  • Accurately process sales transactions and adhere to all company policies.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in furniture, home decor goods, furnishing or a high-value retail environment.
  • Proven ability to meet sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong customer service orientation and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with POS systems.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
