Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to prospective clients & generate leads
  • Explain project details and schedule meetings/site visits
  • Maintain CRM data and follow up with potential buyers
  • Build strong relationships and ensure excellent customer service
  • Coordinate with sales team for closures

Requirements

  • 0–3 years of experience in Telecalling / Customer Service / Real Estate
  • Good communication & persuasion skills (Hindi & English preferred)
  • Confident, energetic, and goal-oriented
  • Basic computer knowledge & CRM handling is a plus
