Job description - Real Estate Sales Executive

Nirmal Properties & Investments (a unit of NK Jain & Co) is a 60-year-old legacy real estate firm, with a focus on original booking, resale, residential, commercial and plots. The firm's forte is to identify highly profitable investments much in advance, thereby bringing real benefits to our clients. We are market leaders in our segment and till date, we have completed transactions over INR 5000cr. Some of the brands we work with include DLF, Hines, Emaar, Trump, Conscient, Suncity, Whiteland, Godrej.

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Taking Inbound and Outbound sales calls
- Prospecting clients and qualifying leads
- Follow up on warm leads and convert them into clients
- Provide information about properties, prices, and services to potential clients

**Qualifications**
- Preferred-Recent Graduates or students of the following disciples-Hospitality/ Hotel Management/Aviation
- Recent Graduates or currently pursuing BBA/English Hons
- Excellent spoken and written communication - English & Hindi
- Provide information about properties, prices, and services to potential clients

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Fresher, Internship, Contractual / Temporary, Freelance

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
